Pillar is led by partners Kate Yan and Katherine Zhao. Kate primarily supports the Auckland Office, while Katherine leads the Christchurch Office. The team looks at the big picture from both a financial perspective and the wellness of the organisation as a whole. She brings more than 16 years of experience across financial reporting, M&A, audit, taxation and treasury in commercial and public practice firms in Australia, New Zealand and China. 她在澳大利亚、新西兰和中国的企业及会计师事务所积累了十六年以上的经验，横跨财务报告、并购、审计、税务与资金管理。
